Good Taste! Sol Bar

We stayed at the Solage in Calistoga to celebrate my Mom's birthday. 

I highly reccomend this hotel to anyone who wants an amazing getaway weekend.

We ate dinner at the house restaurant called Sol Bar.

Everything was delicious amongst a lovely ambiance.

We were lucky to get to drink a bottle of Schramsberg ("the President's champagne") since my Mom's friend was so sweet to send over a bottle to our hotel room after we surprisingly bumped into her at the hotel. 

This is definitely a vineyard I want to visit.

Good Taste! Farmstead

Farmstead is a very cool restaurant that has a farm-to-table menu.

I gotta love a restaurant that uses local, organic ingredients in their freshest form.

Definitely try this place for lunch if you are hungry--don't be fooled by the local, organic ingredients to be 'light' as the portions are quite substantial.

I loved the decor of the restaurant having the 'barn' theme since the restaurant is a former nursery barn.

My family got to enjoy a delicious meal together to celebrate my brother's birthday.

We went to Sushi Ran in Sausalito to enjoy an insanely awesome Japanese meal consisting of super fresh and organic ingredients.

The ambiance is incredibly pleasant and the flavors are delightful.

And how awesome does my brother look with his cool outfit that matches the tea cup?

I highly recommend this restaurant.

Don Giovanni's is hands down my family's favorite restaurant. 

Don Giovanni's has impeccable service, fresh ingredients, a lovely ambiance and a menu that is always satisfying.

It's the perfect place to stop for lunch while wine tasting in Napa, or for a delicious and memorable dinner.
