You're Invited: A PoshMark Party in San Francisco!

I'm opening my closet tomorrow at Acre SF for a Posh Party where you to come shop with me along with some other lovely lady bloggers Jennie, Mira, Natalie and Anne.
If you haven't heard of PoshMark then download the free app on your phone right now or learn more about it here!
I have become truly addicted.  Basically it's an app that allows you to sell your clothes from your phone.  All you have to do is take a pic of that dress you are ready to let go of, upload it on PoshMark and create a little posting with the product details.  What's great is that you get to sell the item at the price YOU want to retail it for.  It's as easy as pie.  The best part is you can do this from anywhere and don't even have to leave home to sell your clothes!
The theme for the party tomorrow is party dresses, so come say hi and get dressed up for a fun little girl's night.  And if you can't make it then shop with us right from your phone!
And P.S. I just might be selling that pretty LF dress below live at the party!

Lady in Red

This is the sexy dress I wore on New Year's Eve!
I thought it would be fun to stand out in red on New Year's Eve knowing everyone else would be resorting to black.
And boy was I right.
I think I was one of the only ones in red at the whole party and one of a handful who wore a color other than black.
I can't resist any excuse to be festive, so wearing a top hat and black lace gloves seemed fitting for the occasion and to make the outfit more fun and less serious.
I adore the heart shaped neckline of this dress, the heavy satin and the curve hugging fit!
I got curves and I am not afraid to show it!
This dress has such a Pin Up and Vintage  feel to me--and I love Vintage Pin Ups so I definitely feel like I scored when I found this dress.

Confetti & Sequins & Sparkles (in my Lulus.com dress)

Sequin dress c/o Lulus.com, heels- Vince Camuto, belt- 80s Vintage, tights- Nordstrom

This dress the 'shooting star striped sequin dress' from Lulus.com has been the perfect party dress for me this Holiday season.  I am excited to get more wears out of this dress and wear it out in the city for dinner dates with my girlfriends and nights out where we want to hit the town and maybe get our dance on in the Mission.
I love that this dress is super flashy and bold with the allover striped sequins, however the fit is rather modest which makes the dress more flattering and fun and less over-the-top in a you know, less tasteful manner.
Hey, just because the Holiday's are over doesn't mean you can't keep wearing sparkles and sequins.
And since it is a New Year where we all have a fresh start and clean slate with new goals we want to achieve, why not throw some confetti and call it a celebration!
