For Thanksgiving I was definitely inspired by Autumn brights instead of the standard earthy, neutrals.  I absolutely love this Aztec print knit tunic from Threadsence.  I can tell it will come in handy all year long.
The warm colors in this outfit felt very festive and cheerful which is exactly what I was going for.

DIY Autumn Head Wreath
This DIY head wreath seriously could not be any easier!
I knew I really wanted a head garland for Thanksgiving--I wanted to feel like a forest Autumn wood fairy!
I didn't have a lot of time so I went to Michaels and bought some decorative wire garland already made.
Since it had wire in it already this was the fastest DIY ever.

I simply measured the strand of garland around my head and cut the wire the length it would fit around my head.
Then I took the ends of the wire and twisted each side around each other.
Then voila! You have a head garland.
In the future when I have more time I will definitely add more pieces to the garland.
Or you can start from scratch with wire, then add pieces along the garland of your choice.

Check back later today for a DIY on floral Mason Jar center pieces.
