This is my version of Urban Prep.
I have been living in this leather jacket. I got it on super sale at Nordstrom's and I seriously wear it almost every day. It is the perfect jacket to layer under a winter coat for extra warmth...and I love that I can wear this jacket in doors all day to stay cozy at work (while looking chic of course).
I really love the marled knit detail on the cuffs, hem and neckline of the jacket--it makes it super unique and special.

A good leather jacket is such a wise investment for anyone who lives in SF. You can pretty much wear it all year! This one is gorgeous on you, and I love your spin on a preppy look - much more feminine than mine! Can we talk about those jeans?!?! They fit you like a glove - gorgeous!
Hmmm, what can I not live without? I'd have to say my MK watch. I never leave the apartment without it (or rather without one on my arm...yes, I now have two)!
